Where will I live?
Homestay accommodation provides a great opportunity for students to understand everyday life in England.
Our families are experienced and really enjoy welcoming students into their homes. We aim to house students of different nationalities together, to give them yet more opportunities to practise their English. You may also find yourself living with host 'brothers' and 'sisters' - the children of the host patents.
Families are very carefully chosen and many have been working with us for years. Their understanding and experience of how to make your stay enjoyable play a very important part in ensuring you have a wonderful summer holiday. We know this is particularly important for our younger students, who appreciate the warmth of a friendly family home. On the first day of school, a member of the family will take the student to school and ensure that travel arrangements are clear. In many cases, especially for our younger students, our host parents drop off and collect students every day of their stay.
Our full-time Accommodation and Welfare Officer visits and inspects the homes regularly. Homestays provide breakfast, packed lunch and an evening meal during the week and at the weekends
